工作內容
- 與各部門經理和工作人員訪談以定義系統需求並撰寫 SA/SD 文件
- 與前後端工程師合作開發並維護公司內部 ERP
- 制定並控管專案時程並持續回報進度
- 持續學習新的技術
- Define and decompose the business flow of each department and make SA/SD report for ERP system building.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineer to build ERP system for Welhunt.
- Define and manage the process of development and report to Manager.
- Learn and apply the related cutting-edge technology or manage framework (e.g. scrum) if necessary.
必備條件:
- 熟練撰寫系統建置之重要文件 (SA/SD)
- 英文很聽說流利，讀寫至少中等
- 邏輯清晰，溝通技巧佳
- 具備良好的專案控管技術與團隊精神
- 具備持續學習的熱忱
加分項目:
- 理解 Python Django 框架
- 理解前端 React 框架
- 有 ERP 文件撰寫或是導入的相關經驗
Must have:
- Proficiency in software development document writing(SA/SD)
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese
- Good at business flow decomposition
- Familiar with project management skills and value teamwork
- Have the will to learn new cutting-edge technology and skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiar with what Python Django can do.
- Familiar with what React can do.
- Any related ERP system experience.
