Job description
- Provide technical support services (ex. PoC setup, technical training, support case handling, product upgrade service and etc.) for customers (including end users and SI partners)
- Take care of PoC quality to improve the deal successful hit-rate
- Customer issue reproduction and solution verification
- Co-work with R&D/SEG team independently to deliver the solution to customers
- Analyze and organize support case tickets/e-mails by category

- Degree in MIS and Computer Science
- 5+ years’ experience in technical support in IT field
- Good communication skill(including email writing) in technical support service
- Familiar with IT storage protocols (SAN:iSCSI/FC, NAS:CIFS/NFS, Object:AWS S3)
- Familiar with VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, Liunx and Windows
- Script programming skill(ex. python) in Linux is a plus
- Good English reading and writing skill is a plus
