About the role
As our Full-Stack Software Developer, you will design, implement, maintain, and improve software for various compliance solutions in the crypto world. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Sygna is now helping the growing global network of virtual asset service providers (VASPs) meet AML/CFT regulations such as the FATF R.16 “Travel Rule” requirement. In addition, through solid alliances with major blockchain industry players, we are raising the transparency of digital asset transmittals to the standards demanded by global financial markets and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications with an emphasis on reliability and high availability
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization
- Collaborate with the product team to define and prototype feature specifications
- Work closely with DevOps/SRE team in building and scaling backend services as well as performing root cause analysis investigations
Requirements
- 2+ years of web application development experience
- Proficiency with at least one of the following: TypeScript or Golang, familiar with React
- Experience working with AWS Docker/ECS, Lambda and automating build pipelines for CI/CD
- Designing and implementing REST APIs
- Ability to design and refactor code for testability.
- Comfortable with Github and git version control
- Team player
- Passion for building production-ready, high-quality software
