Job description

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Manage the sales team to hit the team target.
  • Recruit local partners, IBs(Introducing Broker), Affiliates
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales result Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team that you have recruited.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales under your management. Manage the team member strictly and ensure that your team members are work efficiency.
  • Attending key meetings with management.
  • Create and execute a sales strategy within the framework of the overall company goals, to ensure that long-term success is the result of your actions.
  • Conduct planning and organizing of daily activities to call on potential customers and to develop prospects

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Needs to be fluent both in spoken and written Thai&English, also Comprehensive Chinese capabilities
  • The ability to work under pressure and good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Previous experience successfully working with Forex Brokers
  • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams in Forex Industry
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
