Description

TrendX infra offers the cloud-based infrastructure to support Xgen solution — cross-generational blend of threat defense techniques that delivers powerful, layered security capabilities, including AI and machine learning. TrendX infra would not only serve cloud query from products, but also the handling the volume batch processing to support machine learning. The job would be responsible for building a robust and scalable backend by leveraging the latest cloud platform capability and need to co-work with machine learning engineer/data scientist to quickly deliver timely solution to ever-changing threats.

Responsibilities

  • Backend system/service design and implementation with volume processing and high stability, both streaming and batch mode.
  • Build service on top of public cloud platform and system optimization to serve large-scale requests.
  • Design data pipeline/workflow fits machine learning needs.
  • Cross-team collaboration with ML Operation, scan engine/kernel team, and product teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in computer science.
  • 2+ years experience in software development or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid skills of Java or Python programming, experienced in web service development and debugging.
  • Familiar with Linux platform.
  • Knowledge of enterprise system design and integration pattern.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and good teamwork.
  • Good English communication skill.
  • Large-scale backend design, AWS cloud development or C++ experience is a big plus

    面試時間約 2 小時,先和主管談了 1 小時,再和兩位 HR 談了 1 小時。
    主要討論了組織架構、制度和一些技術問題,另外針對 Internet Response 聊了一些,沒有問到什麼人格特質方面的問題。
    後來跟 HR 談了現在的薪資與獎金,以及期望待遇的部分,談完覺得對團隊的興趣濃厚。

    分別和 TIC 和 FRS Infra 兩個團隊談了 2 小時左右
    一開始先自我介紹,談到過去職責中工作與技術上的細節,之後主管介紹了部門產品和工作內容,最後 HR 進來再談了一次之前的工作內容,以及為什麼在這個時間點換工作。
    談完覺得趨勢氛圍自由不死板,對 TIC 做的較新技術有興趣。
