Responsibilities

We’re looking to add the account manager to the team, who will be responsible to sustainably maintain the relationships with our business partners, ensure both business needs and provide the win-win results for both parties. You will be managing the accounts and ensuring high standards and great communication so that our clients receive excellent customer experience.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 2 years experiences at customer supports, consultants, agencies, or foodtech related industries.
  • Highly self-directed, you’re a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to reputation and success. Ability to listen and identify prospect’s needs and opportunities for their institution.
  • Becomes a relationship broker, acting as primary point of contact between client and inlines sales and administration teams and always working to strengthen the relationships between them.
  • Manages key processes and internal activities to deliver client-facing services, and specializes in quality control for our clients.
  • A proactive individual with a strong track record in partnering cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
  • High level of software and technical comprehension.
  • Great interpersonal skills, and Ability to work independently.

Desirable Pluses

  •  Account Management experience strongly preferred
  • Interested in F&B industries

  • 你是個問題解決專家,高度自主管理且高度自我導向,願意竭盡所能在對的事情,能夠傾聽並識別潛在客戶的需求
  • 你是一個能和廠商建立穩定關係,且能作為公司主要聯絡代表,扮演好客戶及公司內部部門之間的橋樑
  • 管理並執行公司的 Key Process,並提供出高品質的服務給客戶
  • 能夠獨自產出並和其他團隊共同建構出問題解決方案,定期且主動追蹤客戶可能會遇到的問題
  • 擁有軟體且科技產業廣度的視野
  • 擁有良好的人際關係技巧,並能夠獨立作業

加分條件

  • 曾經有過客戶關係管理的經驗
  • 對餐飲業有興趣者
