概述
As a Software Engineering Manager of CoolWallet team, you’re going to build the most secure and best experience app to help our customers to protect their crypto assets and enjoy the tons of features, including crypto exchange, staking, payment, etc. A successful candidate will have strong technical skills, project management skills, communication skills, and the motivation to deliver the world class product(s).
The candidate will work closely with people from various disciplines, including app developers, firmware engineering, testing, project management, and sales & marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Software Engineers to achieve project goals, including task planning, code reviews, and coding.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver the best experience product(s).
- Provide technical and organizational leadership
- Execution against project plans and timely delivery of the committed results.
- Support and grow the software engineering team.
- Management of staffing and mentoring.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related degree.
- 3 years of hands-on technical experience and people management.
- Hands-on programming experience in React Native development.
- Experience in Android or iOS app development and release.

- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related degree.
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency relevant experience.
- 5 years of mobile app development experience, including architecture, programming, CI/CD, and release management.
- 3+ years of people management experience (4 or more developers).
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical team(s), including performance management.
