Responsibilities

Our ultimate Customer Service goal is that customers are happy and use our products and services without hesitation. Our process is built on creating personal relationships with clients, educating them, and relaying their feedback and needs into the product roadmap. As a successful Customer Support Engineer, you will

  • Educate customers about the CoolBitX product features, benefits and how to use CoolWallet
  • Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Follow service procedures, policies and standards for know-your-customer (KYC) compliance and customer support
  • Collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs and report to the relevant departments to enhance customer experience
  • Work with engineers and product specialists whenever it’s required to make sure the client has full tech support

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience in providing customer service support through the use of customer service software like HelpScout, WeChat, Line, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
  • Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Finance background is a plus
