Responsibilities
Responsible for pre-sales and technical solution proposal of company products.
- Co-work with R&D/SEG team independently to deliver technical services/solutions to new and existing customers.
- Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.
- Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance.
- Take care of PoC quality to improve the deal successful hit-rate.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer facing events.
- Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in MIS and Computer Science.
- 7+ years of experience in technical support in IT field with 1+ years of pre-sales experience.
- Good communication skill (including email writing) in technical service with positive thinking and proactive attitude.
- Familiar with IT storage protocols (SAN: iSCSI/FC, NAS: CIFS/NFS, Object: AWS S3).
- Familiar with VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, Openstack, Liunx and Windows.
- Good English speaking, reading and writing skill.
