Job Duties
- Responsible for tape-out related activities of 40/28nm test vehicles and products.
- Collaborate with module/device/design support/reliability teams for test-key design and layout.
- Establish relevant process documents, process and device specification, design rule manual, and PDK.
- Coordinate EDA tool for tape-out, logic operation, data handling, and mask making.
Education
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
Experience
- 8+ years of tape-out relative work in 12-inch wafer fabs.
Requirements
- Experience with tape-out of test vehicles is necessary.
