We are currently looking to fill the role of Senior Manager/ Director of UI/UX Design.
The Sr. Manager / Director of UX/UI Design will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our digital assets. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Job Description
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UX/UI Designers.
- Investigate user experience design requirements for our digital assets.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for SWAG.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborate with the product team, RD and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for SWAG users.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a minimum of 5 years working experience in web oriented UX/UI design.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, InVision, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design
- Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player who does well working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading UI/UX teams
- Experience in and/or passion for streamlive is preferred.
