The candidate will assist the Head of Marketing in delivering the best in class, differentiated marketing initiatives with its partners that support our ability to drive strong, mutually beneficial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior decision-makers to pursue partnerships with key brands across a range of industries
  • Identify synergies and collaboration opportunities with an ability to execute the go-to-market strategies hand in hand with our partner brands.
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of marketing programme planning, with experience in multi-channel marketing including digital
  • Need to gain the support of internal stakeholders to effectively operationalise the marketing programmes and build meaningful connections to support programme growth
  • Responsible for programme performance, optimising the partnership synergies and the success of investment decisions

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnership marketing or related with minimum 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of successfully implemented partnership initiatives is a must. Good insights into industry developments and consumer trends
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial concepts
  • Retail and loyalty models and marketing analytics
  • The executive will be seen as a business leader who has executive presence, thought leadership, analytical strength and strong business sensibility
