Description
This job will manage technical requirements for VOD Platform, and activities include following:
- Elicit business needs and stakeholder expectation. Translate them to user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and other documentation.
- Collaborate with business owners, developers, QA, partners and business users.
- Participate in UAT to verify and validate if business needs are fulfilled.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training for the business users to ensure clear and better understanding of the system.
- Handle feature requests. Identify and document potential needs for system and process improvement.
- Works with Technical and refine current business processes against specific business objectives.

- 工作分派與資源協調
- 跨團隊合作，例如：需求單位、協助前端、其他技術團隊等等
- 技術文件撰寫
- 帶領團隊完成開發與交付
Essential Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in business/systems analysis role
- Analytical, organized, and with strong problem solving skills. Experience in applying different business analysis techniques. For example, user interview, flow charting, prototyping, wireframe, use case diagram, cause/effect analysis, activity diagram, robustness diagram, and so on.
- Advanced skills using office productivity software tools (Google Docs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc) for professional documentation. Excel Pivot Table is a plus.
- Able to understand API documents, software architecture, and translate them to business benefits.
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Good oral and written communication skills. Able to speak and demo in Chinese and English is a plus.

- 能夠以flowchart、use case diagram、activity diagram、robustness diagram、sequence diagram 等等工具來表達設計概念
