Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – creating JDs, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks.
  • Conduct phone/video interviews to screen and qualify candidates.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts.
  • Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable.
  • Work with external recruitment partners, helping them to identify job requirements and specifications.
  • Provide an engaging candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome.

Essential Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Good knowledge of softwares and technology.
  • Experience with leveraging on job platforms in Taiwan (LinkedIn, 104, 1111, etc.).
  • Strong drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous, startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin).
