工作內容
- Align and coordinate all R&D activities within the transducer BU on different locations
- Communicate status on different projects to sales and management
- Prioritize and allocate R&D resources within the unit
- Do presentations about specific BU capabilities to customers
- When required, be involved in project development communications with customers
- Prepare, align, and implement product roadmaps for BU products (transducers)

- Knowledge and experience with product development of audio products and/or transducer technology
- Knowledge and experience with product strategy and product roadmap aligned with the company strategy and vision
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in technical project management and management of teams within technical development
- Able to communicate (both written and spoken) in Chinese and English, good communication skills and experience working with remote team members
- Knowledge and experience with team and organizational development
- Ability to think and act proactively and catch technological trends to build strategies that yield competitive advantages
- Understanding of economics, budget, and profitability analyses
