Responsibilities

Responsible for the branding and performance-based advertising sales of the new video platform in Thailand, and other commercialization work, including but not limited to:

  • Cooperate with domestic advertising teams to continuously optimize local performance-based advertising sales and increase revenue.
  • Explore and establish local brand advertising agencies and channels to gain more market resources.
  • Keep close communication with the product team, make commercialization plan based on product advantage and stimulate product iteration.

Essential Requirements

  • More than 3 years’ experience in mobile internet advertising; experience in content media commercialization is preferred.
  • Familiar with advertising channels and sales models in the industry; relevant experience in the Thai market is preferred
  • Good communication/negotiation skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; basic Chinese language skill is preferred.

负责新视频平台泰国地区的品牌与效果广告售卖及其他商业化工作,包括但不限于

  • 与国内既有广告团队合作,持续优化当地效果广告售卖情况,提升销售收入
  • 挖掘并建立本土品牌广告代理商及渠道,争取更多市场资源
  • 与产品团队保持紧密沟通,结合产品优势制作商业化方案,同时促进产品迭代

需要條件

  • 具有 3 年以上移动互联网广告从业经验;有内容媒体行业商业化经验更佳
  • 了解行业内广告投放渠道及售卖模式;有泰国市场商业化渠道及相关经验者优先
  • 具有良好的沟通谈判能力与团队合作精神
  • 优秀的英文听说读写能力;有一定中文基础者优先
