工作內容
- Explore business opportunities and propose business deals by contacting potential partners/customers in China
- Proven ability to close new deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
- Collaborate with internal cross-function team and WW regional BD team to ensure company-wise performance in startup environment with self-starter/fast-learner spirit
- Identify industry trends by researching industry and attending related events
- Maintain sales revenue and customer relationship
- Good communication and presentation skills are needed
職缺能力經歷要求
- 1-3 years’ experience in business development/sales role
- Basic domain knowledge of solution selling
- Background in mobile, software, telecommunication is a plus
- 50% business travel in China. Business travel experience preferred
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required

先和人資面試,須用英文自我介紹。
接著會有英文和行銷相關的筆試題目要寫。
熟悉 iOT 市場,對接客戶是中國 Automotive 廠商,因此,有高度的出差機率。
研發車用軟體系統,出差頻率 50% 以上,呈報對象為 CEO,並一同開發業務。
現階段還在初期業務開發,需要一至兩年時間營運獲利;未來也要開發其他市場,需要英文口語溝通能力。
目前主攻車用市場,結合 OTA 技術優勢、無線韌體和 Mobile Care 技術。
出差約一個月一次,主要做中國,沒有業助。
面試人員解釋說車聯網目前是和 MTK 一起走,沒有跟廣告結合。
目前都是中國(沒有台灣的方向)和汽車的中控系統(硬體)合作,要很久是因為廠牌追求穩定性和通過測試,到量產要 2-3 年時間。
