Position Description
The business Analyst officer is the communication bridge between the developers, clients, and also third parties. Officer should analyze the request raised by the client and prepare the business/software requirement document proposed to the developer. The scope will include online products/backend systems/third-party products and also improve work flow.
Job Responsibilities
- Can fully identify customers’ needs, understand the problem they want to solve, and document all information relating to the project
- Gathers and analyzes business and functional requirements
- Creates specifications, workflow charts, and systems diagrams
- Developing user stories based on the stakeholder’s requirement, and preparing documents like BRD. (Business Requirement Document), HLR (High-Level Requirement Document)
- Project Planning and estimation, monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Ensures requirements are complete, accurate, comprehensible, consistent, and verifiable
- Work with the software development team to relay and convey client requirements for software development
- Collaborate with the design teams to determine technology options
- Collaborate with the QA to develop and identify a better testing approach
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and compliance teams to identify business problems and appropriate solutions to present status updates and reports to stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- With at least 3 years of work experience in project management, software analysis, or business analyst-related field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Keen to details, highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive
- Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
- Excellent English communication, presentation, reporting, and written skills
- Communicate Level in reading using the Chinese language is an advantage
- Flexible for Hybrid setup
