This role reports to the VP of Engineering and will be responsible for customer software and hardware support. It is a high visibility role that requires involvement in all aspects of customer engagement and operations, identifying customer requirement, platform evaluation, MemryX Edge AI solution integration, customer documentation, company growth and operations, and establishing ecosystem partnerships.
Role scope
- Leads the Application engineering team for MemryX
- Ensures technical support for MemryX’s SDK and HW modules for all customers
- Drives MemryX platform integration in customer HW/SW environment
- Creates complete product specification and documentation
- Ensures quality customer issue resolution with Service Level Agreement
- Builds close relationship with clients and maintains and publishes reports for all customers
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science/ECE with 15+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, SW, or Computer Vision
- Hands-on experience on customer support, SDK and various ARM/X86 host platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and track record in driving solutions
- Self-driven, organized with strong leadership skills
