Responsibilities
Responsible for the launch and operation of a new video APP in Southeast Asia area, taking charge of whole scenarios of user attraction, conversion and retention, responsible for platform user growth, retention and activeness.
- Having in-depth understanding of product, and developing adaptive delivery strategies for Thai market.
- Leading the team to be responsible for the operation on official application platforms (Google Play/Apple Store) and other non-official channels in Thailand.
- Continuously adjusting delivery strategies on Facebook, Twitter and other local marketing channels, striving for more market resources.
- Responsible for video content operation, having insight of user needs.
Essential Requirements
- More than 3 years’ experience in the Thai marketing business; Large App promotion experience on overseas iOS, Android platform, familiar with the main online distribution channel such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Strong data analysis ability, able to carry out in-depth mining and analysis of operational data, and give optimization suggestions based on analysis results.
- Have experience in video product operation, have sensitivity to Thai local and Chinese and Korean content, and gain insight into user psychology.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; a certain Chinese foundation is preferred.

- 牵头投放团队,负责 APP 在官方应用平台 (Google Play/Apple Store) 及其他泰国 本土非官方渠道的运营推广,实现用户增长
- 不断调优 Facebook、Twitter 及其他当地渠道投放策略,负责媒体、渠道市场关系的开拓及维护,争取更多市场资源
- 负责视频内容运营业务,洞察用户需求、提高用户活跃度及留存
任职条件
- 具有三年及以上泰国市场投放经验,有在海外 iOS、Android 平台进行大型 app 推广经历,熟悉 Facebook、Twitter 等泰国主流线上渠道投放及运作机制
- 具有较强的数据分析能力,可以对运营数据进行深入挖掘和分析,基于分析结果给出优化建议
- 具有视频产品运营经验,对泰国本土及中国、韩国内容具有一定敏感度,洞察用户心理
- 优秀的英文听说读写能力;有一定中文基础者优先
