工作內容
- Product development and yield improvement with Foundry
- Successfully coordinate with all NPI issues with cross-team on schedule and lead the team to transfer to mass production
- Well organized characterization report with scrutiny of data to draw out the strength/weakness in mass production implementation
- Skillful communication with customers/vendors, capable to bridge internal cross-teams with them to achieve multiple tasks
- Advanced process/vendor evaluation to secure dominance on product manufacturing/development
應徵條件
- At least 3 years experiences in Product Engineering /Process Integration Engineering with IC manufacturing
- Professional IC manufacturing knowledge of product and test program development, circuit design and test
- Hands-on MP/NPI yield improvement & issues solving (EFA/PFA) experience
- Fluent and in Mandarin/English communication, skillful presentation capability to internal team and customers
