工作內容

• 負責產品(Web)與活動介面設計、視覺設計與維護，Flow Chart、UI Flow、Wireframe、Low-fi & Hi-fi Prototype、UI Design
• 建立、制定並維護設計規範，以確保產品設計的一致性和可擴展性
• 與開發團隊成員密切協作，確保產品設計在執行上達到完整度和一致性
• 主動與使用者進行溝通和回饋，將其轉化為設計需求和改進方向
• 提供具體的設計方案和建議，以提升產品價值和使用者體驗
• 即時應對需求的迅速變動，並適時調整，以確保產出最大價值的成果為首要考慮
• 可接受一年約 2 週內的國內或者國外出差

職務必備條件

• 擁有網站、網頁互動介面及視覺設計經驗
• 熟悉Web網站、網頁規劃階段整體概念
• 熟悉使用者介面流程設計，有良好使用者體驗觀念，並注重設計細節
• 具備高度的視覺與設計美感、良好的手繪或是熟練的視覺合成、編修能力
• 創作風格多元，且能夠維持品牌調性，因應不同活動主題，完成具有特色及質感的作品
• 具備 Visual Identify 視覺設計能力、品牌形象繪製與延伸應用設計經驗
• 懷抱熱情，自發地追求學習新的相關知識和技術。
• 勇於挑戰並願意接受失敗，透過成功經驗學習，從失敗中獲得成長。
• 具備同理心和開放思維，同時展現卓越的責任感和出色的團隊合作能力。
• 具備獨立思考的本領，能夠有條理且清晰地表達想法和需求。

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product (Web) and event interface design, visual design, and maintenance, including Flow Chart, UI Flow, Wireframe, Low-fi & Hi-fi Prototype, and UI Design
• Establish, formulate, and maintain design specifications to ensure the consistency and scalability of product design
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the completeness and consistency of product design in execution
• Actively communicate and gather feedback from users, transforming them into design requirements and improvement directions
• Provide specific design solutions and suggestions to enhance product value and user experience
• Respond promptly to rapidly changing requirements and adjust as needed to ensure the delivery of maximum value
• Able to accept domestic or international business trips of approximately 2 weeks per year

Job Requirements

• Have experience in website, web interaction interface, and visual design
• Familiar with the overall concept of web planning during the website and web planning stage
• Familiar with user interface process design, have a good user experience concept, and pay attention to design details
• Possess a high sense of visual and design aesthetics, good hand-drawing or proficient visual synthesis and editing abilities
• Diverse creative styles, able to maintain brand tone, and create distinctive and textured works for different event themes
• Have Visual Identify visual design ability, brand image drawing and extended application design experience
• Enthusiastic, spontaneously pursue learning new relevant knowledge and technologies
• Willing to take on challenges and accept failure, learn from successful experiences, and grow from failures
• Possess empathy and an open mind, while demonstrating outstanding sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork
• Have the ability to think independently, express ideas and requirements in an organized and clear manner
• Please provide a portfolio

Nice to have

• Proficient in basic HTML/CSS execution
• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
• Experience in creating online events is advantageous
• Independent experience in proposing to clients is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a bonus
• Exceptional communication and expression skills are highly valued
• Capable in Google Analytics is an additional advantage
• Experience with Agile or iterative processes is beneficial
