Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored ERP/CRM solutions (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot) that align with business goals
- Develop and maintain system features, workflows, and automations within NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot to optimize business processes and enhance data accuracy
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite and CRM users, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal system performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system functionality, internal processes, and user training to drive adoption and understanding of new technologies
- Regularly update management on project progress, ensuring transparency and meetingdeadlines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in ERP/CRM system administration and development
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to automate them using ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with API integration, webhooks, and data migration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST API, and GraphQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for NetSuite customization
- NetSuite certifications (eg, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer)
- Experience with SCM, CI/CD, and Docker
- Familiarity with React and modern web technologies
