Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features on the iOS platform.
- As part of an agile team, you’ll work closely with the UX Designers, Product Owners, Test Engineer, and other iOS Engineers to optimize our ShopBack iOS mobile app.
- Liaise with QA to ensure features and bugs are properly tested.

Essential Requirements
- 4+ years or relevant experience with iOS mobile development.
- Experience in mobile-app release management
- Extensive REST API development experience
- Experience in designing scalable mobile service architectures
- Interest in learning new technologies.
- Good knowledge of native iOS architecture, framework
- Be comfortable working with a wide range of development tools in an Agile Environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytic mind, passionate about beautiful design and engaging user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in delivery mobile-app in multinational market is a plus

面試分兩階段,共約 1 個半小時。第一階段和後端工程師談,有問 Git 和做過的專案,後來展示一段程式碼問如何解,覺得這階段主要是想了解溝通的方式。
第二階段和主管談,主管有提出一些問題問解決方式,過程像在聊天;接著 HR 有進來,解釋一下工作內容和回答提問。
談完覺得滿有趣的,覺得 Shopback 是間很有活力且環境不錯的公司。
5 年的軟體開發經驗,其中 4 年專注於 iOS 應用程式開發。
面試時間約 3 小時共 3 階段,第一階段由幾位後端工程師進行,主要問一般性的技術問題;第二階段由 RD head 進行,先介紹公司後,詢問對 Shopback 的想法和開放提問;最後一個階段由 HR 進行,談了 10 幾分鐘就結束了。
談完覺得很有興趣,因為 Shopback 要建的東西,如 CI、CD 或自動化相關的自己以前都做過。
擅長 IOS 開發、網頁開發等技術。
先參觀公司約半個小時 > 第一關三個iOS的engineer面試 (1小時) > 第二關兩位主管面試( 1 小時)
1. 第一關除了考iOS的題目,也考演算法,然後review作業,會問他作業中哪個部份如果要改進的話要怎麼再做或再擴充,透過工程師引導提示完成了3題。
2. 詢問工作上有什麼困難,面試官有提到 PM 是法國人所以英文講得很快。
3. 第二關主管面談會提問比較組織面向的問題,像是跨國工程師都正在改一份code的話要怎麼處理conflict或是不同部門之間如何溝通協調等等。面試過程中可以感覺出來Shopbank很尊重專業,同時也提到目前工程師離職率是0。
