Responsibilities
Our ultimate Customer Service goal is that customers are happy and use our products and services without hesitation. Our process is built on creating personal relationships with clients, educating them, and relaying their feedback and needs into the product roadmap.
As a successful Customer Service Manager, you will
- Educate customers about the CoolBitX App features, benefits and how to use CoolWallet.
- Promote positive customer relations by consistently providing premier customer experience and
satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. - Collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs and report to the relevant departments to enhance
customer experience. - Develop standard operating procedures, product knowledge base and training materials for customer
support and transportation processing. - Provide basic troubleshooting to help customers solve any problems with the CoolBitX product.
- Assists in other areas of the company as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Experience in providing customer service support through the use of customer service software like HelpScout, WeChat, Line, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Mandarin.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Finance background is a plus
