  • Serdes/AIP/IO layout

應徵條件

  • 具28/22nm(6個月以上) Layout經驗
  • 具FinFET Process Layout經驗尤佳
  • 具 Physical Verification (DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/PERC) 經驗
  • 具類比IP/高速Serdes PHY/ DDRIO等相關Layout經驗尤佳
  • 熟悉 ESD & Latch-up 架構尤佳
  • 熟悉IR/EM 分析尤佳
