  • 提供即時的第一層技術支援
  • 當問題無法解決時，協助第二層技術團隊了解問題的並確認該問題解決方式的可行性
  • 與團隊成員分享資訊，協助持續改善客戶支援的品質
  • 與產品管理團隊合作進行問題檢視
  • 找出問題原因以及解決方法，並且回報系統相關漏洞
  • 支援計畫團隊在JIRA平台上創建關於BIPO系統的改善計畫於並且與研發團隊討論該計畫的可行性進而改善BIPO系統

具備能力

  • 大學或以上主修資訊或電腦相關學系，或者有同等工作經驗
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生若擁有一年以上與電腦系統相關工作經驗尤佳
  • 具備使用基礎文書軟體之能力Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • 良好的中文能力(含聽、說、讀、寫)，若能用英語談話尤佳
  • 有訊息技術(IT)或系統支援相關背景尤佳
  • 了解相關 MS SQL 程式語言尤佳

附加條件

  • 大學或以上主修資訊或電腦相關學系，或者有同等工作經驗
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生若擁有一年以上與電腦系統相關工作經驗尤佳
