Responsibilities
Program Management
- Management and execution of the key programs and initiatives in GMO
- Conduct feasibility assessments, market analyses, and financial planning
- Drive technology strategies and establish project timelines
- Establishing training and upgrading the knowledge and capabilities of the SBG team
Overseas Programs Leader
- Leader for the overseas strategic semiconductor manufacturing projects
- Drive projects to meet business goals, adjusting the tactics and negotiating as needed
- Co-host weekly calls with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
Task Management
- Manage, track, prioritize, and escalate key tasks
- Assign ownership, follow up, and ensure task closure
Foreign visitors’ meetings
- Organize and manage meetings and visits of foreign visitors and partners
- Host meetings, lead the presentation and discussions
Requirements
- Strong degree in Engineering with a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in senior management role within semiconductor manufacturing
- Proven expertise in project management, communication, finance, sales, and marketing
- Communicate clearly and fluently in both Mandarin and English
- Strong interpersonal skills, focused, organized, efficient, and a fast learner
