工作內容
Silicon Motion. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project / Product Marketing Director to develop and grow our SSD Controller business for Enterprise Storage and Data Center. This position requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and management skills. Not only will you manage a team of Enterprise Project Managers, but you will coordinate internally with many cross-functional teams to reach critical business decisions on product strategy and customer opportunity management. You will promote and assist your team in evangelizing Silicon Motion’s roadmap and products directly to end customers through direct engagements and strategic marketing initiatives.
You will drive and manage account strategy at both a tactical and strategic level while working closely with customers, sales, product managers, technical marketing, business ops, and other cross-functional teams. The ability to align and influence Silicon Motion and customer executive teams is a must! This is a complex job that requires exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to follow through on initiatives with many internal teams, from the business development stage until a design win is completed and turned into revenue. Project Team Management
- Provide both team management and individual contribution to enterprise customer projects
Account Strategy
- Help shape the overall Enterprise strategy, managing complex business engagements across all stake holders
- Outline and develop account strategies together with the sales team and executive teams to grow revenue at data center, SSD and module maker customers
Product Team Management
- Provide both team management and individual contribution to enterprise ASIC and SSD product management
- Will be responsible for definition and coordination for Enterprise Controller /SSD Products
- Will work across cross functional teams for support of owned projects from cradle-to-grave
Sales Enablement
- Drive design win activities and monitor weekly progress
- Manage new customer engagements and sales enablement activities for data center and storage customers
- Provide marketing direction for development of technical whitepapers and collateral to be used for promoting Silicon
- Motion enterprise products

- BS/MS degree in Engineering and/or Product Marketing
- Multiple degrees in both Engineering and Marketing disciplines preferred
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analytics and presentation skills
- Requires related experience in Technical Product Marketing or Engineering Design
- Must have 8 + years of Enterprise Controller or Enterprise SSD experience
- Must be willing to travel > 15% of the time
- Located in Taiwan
- Fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese and English
