Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – creating JDs, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks.
- Conduct phone/video interviews to screen and qualify candidates.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts.
- Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable.
- Work with external recruitment partners, helping them to identify job requirements and specifications.
- Provide an engaging candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome.
Essential Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Good knowledge of softwares and technology.
- Experience with leveraging on job platforms in Taiwan (LinkedIn, 104, 1111, etc.).
- Strong drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous, startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin).
