工作內容

  • NAND flash IO circuit design
  • Basic analog circuit design concept about LDO/DCDC/BANDGAP/Voltage Detector or PLL/ADC…etc.
  • Help to do fail sample analysis & IC measurement

應徵條件

  • Familiar with DRAM or High speed IO circuit design
  • Nice to have experiences in CTLE/DFE/FFE design
  • Mass production knowhow/experience is a plus
  • Good to have more than 3 years experience in advanced-node analog design
