As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete cycle: talent acquisition, performance management, talent retention and provide administrative support. What you’ll do
- 負責人資相關事務(協助各部門完成招募流程、規劃招募專案,以及協助公司找到優秀的人才)
- 妥善維護員工關係並解決衝突
- 對外及對內連絡窗口(對內跨部門、對外如獵頭、各大求職平台等)
- 執行員工之福利規劃(如春酒、員工餐食、公關相關活動等)
- 負責辦公室環境與設備之清潔與維護
- 協助處理庶務性行政工作(如辦公室機器叫修維護、辦公用品採購)
- 完成主管交辦事項
- Develop, drive and implement staffing strategy and future-oriented recruitment plan contributing to major long-term objectives
- Lead the recruitment process and fill job openings with top talent
- Identify key talents globally through existing and new channels such as attracting candidates through appropriate advertising mediums, ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies
- Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions and hiring process
- Secure, on-board and retain talents.
- Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as needed
- Maintain employee relationships and develop effective solutions to conflicts

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment role and/or HR role
- Strong hands-on experience in end to end recruiting with strong business acumen and insights around tech talent landscape
- Proactive, creative and a fast learner
- Strong project management and computer skills (i.e. excel and powerpoint)
- Comfortable working a developing, fluid and changing environment
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

面試内容:當初由一面面試官進行前導介紹,接著由二面面試官進一步深入了解並分享他們的過往經驗,雙方進行了相互討論。覺得一面面試官非常有親和力,是個非常棒的人!而二面面試官則是一位能夠教導人選很多知識的人。
