工作內容
- Develop controls, policies, procedures, and training designed to ensure that corporate actors stay within compliance of local and applicable laws and regulations.
- Run internal audits to make sure that the outputs of those processes are reliable or up to date.
- Design and implement internal control framework, compliance programs and policies for the company in accordance with industry trends and local/international regulatory requirements.
- Run compliance audits with respective departments by product lines to monitor output of the operation process, identify key compliance risk, and provide mitigated solutions.
- Proactively attend local and international SROs and work on government relations in the best interest of the Company.
- Provide support on legal and compliance needs, such as preparing for external audits, providing inputs on product development and materials, and advise senior executives on regulatory updates relating to the industry.

- 具備證照：高考律師
其他條件
- Licensed attorney in Taiwan is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience; preferably 2-3 years in the financial or Fintech industry
- Proficiency in Chinese & English is a must.
