Essential Requirements
- At least 1+ years working experience in a large scale, consumer-facing membership service, including 3rd party login integration, user segmentation and more.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience working with web front-end and/or back-end and/or app development
- Experience with hiring and building self-sustaining teams. Minimum experience of 1-2 years.
- Experience with large-scale web service or distributed computing or public cloud service.

面試過程與 RD head 聊了 40 分鐘，主要問到的問題如下：
1. 這一份工作的職責
2. 在過去的工作經驗中，最喜歡且印象最深刻的公司維和
3. 自己本身想找哪一類的工作
4. 會考慮哪些工作地點
最後自己有問到 Shopback 技術產品面的問題，面試完之後 RD head 表示要與 CEO 匯報結果後再行通知。
8年的管理經驗，4年以上的軟體開發經驗。
一面採電話面試，時間約為一小時，先問了過去經歷之後由人選提問，整體互動很良好。 通過後會收到前測作業 > 進行二面。 時間大概兩小時多，聊技術和管理層面居多 > 進行三面。時間一小時半左右，聊公司產品、技術等細節的部分，問的問題面試官都很認真回答，感覺很好相處。

R&D 經驗15年，管理經驗5年以上。
第一階段透過 Skype 和主管面試，約一小時。主要聊到商業模式、營利模式，後來聊到個人職涯發展等。
第二階段一開始談到人事管理、溝通技巧等問題。之後加入了另一位主管，談論了工作內容、公司方向等。最後是提問時間。整體面試感覺很好，感受得到公司同事之間互動很好、很歡樂，團隊氛圍活潑有朝氣。
4年以上的RD領導職位，8年以上的C語言經驗；3年以上網頁、行動網路設計、執行和追蹤等行銷活動。
一開始跟主管聊，從履歷的學經歷帶入，還有談到過去離職原因和曾經創業做了什麼等等。
感覺是由PM帶需求來做系統優化且有提到下半年會是個旺季，因為有各種節日(ex:雙十一、聖誕節等)主要做系統效能&穩定性；上半年以系統開發為主。
