- Define team hiring needs and refer candidates to ensure high-quality recruiting program
- Participate in planning a HA off-site meeting
- Participate in “lunch bucket” presentations
- Coach account executives and client teams to effectively utilize the resources of all satellite and global offices

- Demonstrate attitude and perspective that continually advances the Agency’s reputation

- Assume broad responsibility for profitability, assist with new business solicitation, be accountable for quality of account service and employee development

- Be the business partner with all clients and provide strategic communications counsels which tie in to the business objectives to your clients along to the C-level
Responsibilities & Essential Requirements
- Project Management
- Take responsibility for multiple accounts, projects (with similar and/or disparate backgrounds)
- Oversee account activities from a supervisory standpoint, but maintain hands-on involvement with a number of projects
- Client Management Skills/Consulting/Specialist
- Develop launch strategies, product positioning, messaging and creative tactical ideas
- Anticipate and resolve potential problems
- Foster and maintain contact with clients’ most senior management (up to and including the CEO) on all PR and marketing issues
- Serve as most senior point person responsible for account relationships
- Set and drive PR programs to meet metrics
- Take responsibility for HA’s success or failure in account relationships, (in tandem with a HA vice president/GM)
- Focus on cultivating relationships with clients, as well as influencers, at the most senior levels
- Possess a strong orientation toward maintaining a solid, profitable HA client roster
- Grow specific practice area and/or group of accounts, including overseeing those for which an account manager may have day-to-day responsibility
- Develop and make new business presentations with help from other members of the management team and direct reports
- Digital
- Have a good understanding about digital media channels and develop knowledge and insights on how to incorporate conventional media with social media
- Use social media channels personally and learn how they are evolving on an on-going basis
- Applies a global lens to communication strategies
- Digital strategies are an expected component of the agency’s strategic thinking, communications plans, and client/influential engagement; apply a digital mindset as part of how we think about communication strategy
- Process planning skill to integrate owned media and earned media communications
- Media Relations
- Continue to develop and maintain network of media and analyst contacts
- Develop stronger relationships with media, analysts and clients
- Develop press climate analyses
- Develop competitive analyses

- Demonstrate superior writing skills
- Assist in mentoring others in their writing skills
