- Apply AI techniques to build customized solutions for different target audience
- Mine, analyze and visualize data from company databases to drive optimization and improve product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
- Identify, understand and solve business problems based on the company’s overall targets
- Coordinate with different feature teams to implement AI products and design proper performance evaluation metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM domain with data driven decision making
- Possessing the capabilities of data science and able to put them into practice
Skills
- Programming proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch), SQL (MsSQL, BigQuery, MongoDB)
- Mathematical proficiency in statistics methodology, ML/DL algorithms, or generative AI theory
- Familiar with CRM domain knowledge
- A/B and Multivariate testing management
- Data visualization skills (such as Tableau, Excel, etc)
